Lost Your Car In The Parking Lot? – Google Helps You Find It!

Sometimes finding a parking spot can be a real pain in the butt. Going around in the parking lot or several parking decks can be quite confusing, and before you know it, you have lost all sense of direction and how you even got to where you are. Eventually, you find a parking spot, and you just get out of the car and go your merry way to do whatever it is you are planning to do. It’s when you get back and are trying to find your car that things get a little more complicated. The one single question is… where is your car? (dude)

Consider this problem to be a thing of the past. It’s like it’s all coming together and every single everyday problem is being solved… by one huge company. That company is of course Google. Well, not really. They can’t take the entire claim for this invention, but they are the ones with the map. It’s actually a combined effort between GM, The OnStar App and a few other companies. The company responsible for incorporating it all is, of course, Google.

Many times I think to myself that Google is just a company to make all our everyday problems disappear. Of course they make money off of it with ads and things, but they truly hunt down the problems we all have and diminish them into memories of yesterday. Using this invention, you will just enter or speak your location and the phone will tell you what you need to know. In the future, you will be able to store your car’s position so when you get back to the parking lot, all you have to do is press “Car Location” and you will be directed to your car instantly, even if it’s five decks above you. How’s that for simplicity?
