RSS in Plain English

RSS is to some a really complicated process. Or so they think. Many fear to use the RSS way to get the latest information delivered to them and instead they go to each and every website they find interesting to see if there is anything new and exciting there for them to check out. Some don’t even know what RSS means and this keeps them from find more information about it. It’s quite simple really and the use of RSS revolutionized the web when it first was presented.

RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication” or “Rich Site Summery“. It is an XML code that feeds out organized information from a specific website. These “feeds” can only be subscribed to and is a really fast and time saving way to get the latest and greatest news from your favorite websites.
