Not too long ago, I spent a good two hours cleaning my computer. I cleaned both inside and out. You might think that I am talking about the hard drive right now, but even though I did that too, I was actually doing some rather meticulous cleaning inside the case. Over time, the computer collects a lot of dust because of all the fans inside it. You have fans that draw air in and push air out, and all of these processes make dust collect like it was some kind of vacuum. This could easily be the reason why your computer has started to make a lot of noise. Over time, this dust builds up and could possibly make your computer overheat and break.
As I was doing that, I started to think about all the steampunk modifications out there that constantly marvel us all. Of course, there’s more to it than to just slab some old school buttons and some iron wiring on the case to make it look steampunk. You need to retain the functionality of the computer or gadget as well. This can be hard if you block any of the air intakes our outlets since this could easily make it overheat, just like a dusty computer will.
So, when you have a look at this mesmerizing Sony laptop, you know that the creator John Dunn spent a lot of work and time on it to keep all its functions intact. It was originally made for Sony, but it is now up for grabs. Well, not the actual computer, which by the way is a Sony Vaio F laptop. John is actually selling the kit that will pimp out your Vaio’s exterior for a nippy $1,250. It’s a hefty price to pimp out a computer that most likely costs three times less. But as we say, you ain’t blingin’ without the grinin’. Either way, it’s truly a magnificent mod kit, and if you are thinking about modding your own laptop, this is a really good one to check out. Well, if you have the money to spend that is.
