How To Create Your Own Bug Zapping Lightsaber

bug-zapping-lightsaber-hack-tutorial

Are you a Jedi in the making? Maybe you have been secretly longing for a time when someone will produce a real lighsaber that you can wield while you are alone in your home, making your every dream come true about one day being able to join the rebels. We have touched this subject before, and the cold reality is that in order to produce a real lightsaber you would need energy from a power source in amounts that are not yet possible to produce which would need to go into the handle of the lightsaber. So, unfortunately we have to wait just a little longer until that dream of yours will be ready to be realized. But don’t give up! There are still ways you can act out your Jedi battles!

Just have a look at this quite impressive bug zapper created by the always ingenious Hack A Day. It’s one of those gadgets that you could totally swing around while chit-chatting away outside in your garden with your closest friends. The mosquitoes will be the attackers, and you can be the rebel that you have wanted to be for so long. However, make sure you are super careful not to zap one of your friends. This thing is potentially lethal and can in most cases give anyone a jolt that will not be soon forgotten.

All you really need is a toy lightsaber and a bug zapper bought at Walmart, and you can customize this within 20 minutes. Well, that of course depends on whether you know what you are doing. If you don’t have the technical skills to pull this off, I wouldn’t attempt doing it. It’s just not worth getting zapped senseless in order to wield this badboy. However, if you take the necessary precautions and know what you are doing, then I say totally try it out. I don’t think you can get any closer to your very own lightsaber. Or, do you have a better lightsaber hack that you think we should cover here on Bit Rebels?
