Your Hotel Room In The Future May Have Touch-Sensitive Walls

hotel-room-future-touch-sensitive

If you are tired of the same old hotel room experience, you will be in for a treat in the near future. Unless we go to a resort or hotel that has just been built, hotel rooms have pretty much been the same for as long as I can remember. We often think about getting away to a tropical paradise near the water for a different kind of hotel room experience, but instead of that, imagine what it would be like to go to one is designed to impress techies…perhaps one with touch-sensitive walls.

How would you like to go to a hotel room with every high tech experience you could think of at your fingertips? I have to admit, after watching this video, it makes me realize that this might not be the most relaxing hotel experience since it’s quite a sensory overload, but I would still love to stay in a place like this for a few nights.

We’ve written about so many hotels that have an impressive build on the outside of the building, and it’s refreshing to see someone give the same special attention to the inside as well. This is a new concept for a hotel room being developed by Serrano Brothers. It’s all based on innovation and technology, hence the touch-sensitive wall experience. They call this the “ITH Room Xperience.”

According to psfk, it “employs futuristic technology, such as multi-touch transparent wall screens which can be controlled via smartphone, Microsoft Surface Tablets, interactive floors and mirrors, and fingerprint payment system.” If you add all these things together, you will get the ultimate hotel room experience for techies. The question is, would you like to stay in a hotel room with touch-sensitive walls? I just want to know how good the room service is. If the room service is good, I’m all over it.
