Old People In Love: A Warm & Fuzzy Photography Collection

In an earlier article today, I asked if you would want to live forever, if you could. Now I have another question for you. Do you believe love lasts forever? Do you think all relationships eventually run their course, and people either move on or stay out of convenience? Or, is it possible to be in real love with the same person over a lifetime? What if we love someone but those feelings are not reciprocated? Is that still true love?

I don’t know the answers to these questions. However, I do remember something my grandmother told me after she was married to my grandfather for over 60 years. She said with a giggle, “There were some years in our marriage when I didn’t even like your grandfather.” There is a lot of wisdom in that sentence. Well, no matter how you look it, old people in love are always a treat to see. Old people holding hands or showing PDA is even better. It gives us hope and warms our soul with all kinds of cozy feelings.

The new blog by Olivia Gissing, Old People Holding Hands, features candid pictures of grandmas and grandpas showing affection, and it’s so sweet. In her typical witty YouTube style, Olivia adds her clever comments to each photo. Being in love like this must be the greatest gift ever.
