Clement,

That is awesome!! Love it! That is so much better than my way when I don’t have a corkscrew – which is mashing the cork down into the wine with the end of a pen and then picking out the cork pieces from the glass of wine. LOL

Thanks for the great find. Very useful! ;)

This is so me! If there’s a will, there’s a way, except I never tried this technique. It’s not quite James Bond style(corkscrew on his heel), still result is the same, quench your thirst! Can’t let that precious bottle go to waste. I need go practice… Thanks for the post Clement. I love it.

Very cool. I remember being entranced by the different ways people have for removing a beer cap, but this was better!

Nice method. Now only if I liked wine. My fear is that I’d break the bottle by hitting too hard and using a shoe that didn’t have a good heel. I guess I could stop off at a shoe repair shop and ask them to help me open a bottle.

LOL! Thx a lot for that great tip. I heard about this “theory” but with using a book. Since I only have e-books, I never really wanted to try it out. Now with this video you opened up a whole new world (or bottle?) of possibilties for me. ;-)

Happy Thanksgiving to you and all the Bitrebels. I really enjoy this blog!
