I’m one of those people that really doesn’t like having my picture taken. I’m usually the person taking the pictures so that I don’t have to be in them. Some people naturally look good in photographs. However, I’m usually the one that looks like a big goof ball in all my pictures.

Then, I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday who works part time as a model locally here in Atlanta. She told me that usually when someone looks really good in a photo; it is because they have done something specifically to work the camera, like tilt their head a certain way or stand in a certain position.

That conversation really got me thinking about photographs, and maybe there is hope for me after all. :) I’m going to make it a point to start learning all the little tricks to look better in pictures. The first thing I found on my quest is this very nice video that actually shows how to look good in a photograph. If you are like me and want to know how to work the camera better, then you will enjoy this as much as I did.
