Holiday Gift Idea: $15,000 Edible Gingerbread House

Holiday Gift Idea: $15,000 Edible Gingerbread House

A few days ago Neiman Marcus released their 84th annual Christmas Book. In case you are unfamiliar with this fabulous holiday book, let me describe it to you.

Each year, flipping through the pages is like taking a magical journey through dreamland. It is filled with the most insane one-of-a-kind gift ideas including cars, crazy trips, private parties and once in a lifetime experiences and fantasies. Some of the gift suggestions in this book cost over a million dollars.

One of the most magical goodies in the catalog this year is this gigantic edible gingerbread house. It is big enough for the kids to get in it and play, and eat it, all at the same time. It’s made from giant cookies covered with lollipops, gummies, mints and gumdrops. There is even a lollipop tree included.

Dylan’s Candy Bar created this house. It’s made from 381 pounds of gingerbread and 517 pounds of icing (I think I gained weight just from typing this sentence). Forget the Barbie dream house, now you can make all your little munchkin’s dreams come true with this tasty gift this year. It will only cost you $15,000. So, if you have an abundance of cash stashed away to spend on a 6 and a half feet tall edible house (doesn’t everyone?) then go right here to order this now.
