If you live in the States like I do, you are probably getting ready for one of the biggest holidays of the year, Thanksgiving. The traditional Thanksgiving dinner consists of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberries and of course, pumpkin pie. Have you ever wanted to create that combination in a way that is a little more creative than how it’s usually done?
I’m not cooking this year for Thanksgiving. I’ve made something that’s much easier than Thanksgiving dinner, and that’s a reservation. I’ll be at a restaurant that day, but for everyone who is cooking, I have a brilliant idea for you that was creatively conceived by Celine at fetette.
She’s created Thanksgiving cupcakes out of the traditional Thanksgiving ingredients. Wow, this is the most delicious looking food design I’ve seen in a long time. I’m so impressed! See that white stuff on top of the cupcakes? That’s not frosting, it’s mashed potatoes. Yup, the cupcake itself is made from turkey and stuffing. There is even gravy poured on top and some cranberry sauce to complete the meal. I absolutely love these!
