You think YOU got a huge iPhone Bill!

Huge Phone Bills

I recently got my first iPhone phone bill and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t anywhere near these guys bills. But then again I am not using the lame AT&T as provider. But don’t you worry! It seems providers all over the world are charging the same for these, in our eyes, simple services that still doesn’t live up to the standard of Apple themselves. Maybe if we all boycott the services we can see a drop in charges for things that should be free. But then again, in our opinion everything should be free.

Just look at BitRebels.com and a few other sites connected to BitRebels.com. They are entirely free and we do our best to bring the best Design, Tech and Humor readings right to you. In return all we ask is for you to peak at the site a ton of times a day and also check out our sponsors in the right sidebar on the site. That and that you buy us a beer or two if you ever should run in to us on the street or at an event. Simple huh? Haha.

Anyways, here are some rather interesting iPhone phone bills that some users of this “can’t live without it”-device. Glad I am not one of them.

I got a 10,000 phone bill from AT&T last year.
I had an air card. AT&T signed me up for
1 Meg. Seriously who does that 1 Meg for a month.
That is like 1 pic. It took several months to fix.

I just got a $260 bill for going over my minutes. Maybe I should ramble on YouTube for 5 minutes about it.

If I didn’t read my Terms And Conditions before signing, nor read the literature that I got when I signed up for my phone plan, I wouldn’t brag about it on YouTube!

I used to work at a cell phone store, and every single time someone had complaints about their bill it was because they didn’t read. If you read, you will know what you will be charged for and you will NEVER be surprised.

If you can’t figure out your bill (there’s no shame in that) take it to a dealer and ask them to explain it. If they can’t explain it, they shouldn’t be selling it ! But they are definitely there to help you save money.

I hope that guy’s phone bill got worked out. I had something similar (but not as dramatic) happen to me last year when we thought we’d set up both of our phones with Alltel for unlimited data and they only set up one. I ended up running up $250 in data charges. I called Alltel and they dropped all of the charges for that month if I would pay the unlimited data fee (which was $5.99 a month btw) for the last month and pick it up going forward.

I miss them.
