Tools to Record What is on your screen!

At the start of 2008 to present,  we have seen that a lot of people have gone online.  Updating their Twitter stream, FriendFeed and FaceBook with interesting information on the web.  You will also see a lot of videos being favorited and liked.  There are so many tutorials too that are very helpful for us to learn new stuff that interest us.  DIY or Do It Your Own and How To’s.   For those of you who like to do demonstrations or tutorials here are some tools that can make your tutorials easy and fun to make.

I can recommend One more as well that is web based and Has recording beyond 5 minutes. http://screencastle.com The cool thing it has is it creates code and links for you to post anywhere on the web. Great Tips and Tools Misty!!

Total Screen Recorder could record the video as long as you wish. Not like the other screen recorder, which just let you record one minute or with large watermark on the video.

From Linux Debian I use GTK-RecordMyDesktop, XVid Cap ScreenCapture (ScreenCam) and Istanbul. All in OpenSource, of course :)
