My Star Trek Quiet Book

I remember just last month when Richard wrote about the Jedi Quiet Book, which we thought was such a creative way to teach children about the magic of Star Wars. Of course, a lot of people at that time asked, what about Star Trek? Juliebelle has answered that request, and she just completed her Star Trek Quiet book. I like this one even better than the original!

The little add-ons she included to make this interesting for children are just so cute. For example, the Vulcan hand is actually a glove; so young Trekkies can really put their little fingers inside to practice their Vulcan salute. The visor, which goes over Geordie’s eyes, snaps on and off so children can help him see. The saucer section of the spaceship detaches, and Picard’s clothes, depending on how he’s dressed, make him human or not. There are more also, I only listed a few. This looks like so much fun! I want one of these books for myself.

There were too many pictures to put all of them here, but just click over to Julie’s Blog to see the rest of them. Juliebelle also said she may create a Harry Potter and a Lord of The Rings Quiet Book. We’ll keep you posted about those!
