You know we love Lego and Star Wars on Bit Rebels, and when those two things mix, we see fireworks. The last time I wrote about little Lego Star Wars figures photographed in creative and well thought through landscapes, I didn’t think I’d ever see anything that special combining Lego and Star Wars again. You can see those pictures at Photographer Uses Star Wars Toys In Amazing Photo Scenarios.

However, that was before I saw this work by Lego artist and photographer Mike Stimpson. His specialty is taking photographs of Lego, and this recent project of his is simply called Star Wars Lego. He’s put Star Wars characters in daily life situations like riding a bike, falling in love, updating Facebook and even drinking coffee on a cold day. Mike’s work has been published in magazines all over the world, and if you check out his deviantART page, you will be completely blown away. Some of his Lego photography is even for sale on Red Bubble. I think my favorite one is Darth Vader when he was just seven years old. It’s entitled, “Ambition.” I’ve never seen Darth Vader look that innocent and cute before.
