I disagree (sorta)…I just take the big end, make that the handle, put the rest in my pie hole, clamp down gently with teeth, and pull the bones out. All the meat stays in your mouth, all the gristle, skin and meat, done.

Now if that’s too much at once, use above method, GREAT video!

I tried this technique on some sh!tty wings last night and ended up somehow making the entire wing explode all over me and the guy sitting next to me as well as catapulting the remains over behind the bar…guess I’ll have to stick to my one handed method…at least for crappy wings.

I tried this the other day and it works GREAT. The thing I did was to use my teeth to take out the cartilage and bone, leaving my other hand clean for beer drinking, nose scratching and ass grabbing.

I love wings and will search for the best ones. Thanks for this eye-opening info. I even like gnawing on the burnt ends. Extra crispy is how I like them.

Oh BTW, Cancer -If it’s not one thing it’s another. I’m not giving up wings unless I become a vegetarian.

Taco Mac is still around? Last time I was in Atlanta, the great demolition of Buckhead has just taken place. TM was gone, $3 Cafe was gone, – the place was a ghost town.
