Well we all knew it was coming, technology has been heading this way for a while and finally its hear.  Now the opportunities with this kind of media I believe are obviously limitless.  You have the best of both worlds, one the physical “held in your hand” nice feeling of printed media and the ability to speak or present moving images and sound to your readers.

whoa, looks kinda false,… but if this really works, i assume that the white thingy in the middle is a chip where the video is stored, and it might be wired to the screen with those flat plastic wires they use to connect calculator’s screens, or notebook keyboard and that sort of stuff… and maybe the screen part should be a little thicker than the rest of the paper… but still, i dont really think the video is really *printed*… maybe they print a sort of chemical-reacting thing… oh i’ve let my mind wonder again…

yarrg it be real :)

Interesting idea that I feel would be pretty useless other than the gimmick at the moment. With the development of OLED and the fall in tech prices, It would be really interesting for the next few years…

Oh the white thing you see in the middle of the page is the switch for the video to start. If you have ever had a birthday card that sings at you when you open it, it works the same way. :)
