I see more Harry Potter inspired designs now that the adventure is officially over than I ever did when the movies and books were being released. I suppose like any epic series, Harry Potter is now transitioning into becoming a legend, and many times the legends get more attention than the current trends. Look at Star Wars for example. The attention that series gets now is at an all time high. It’s the same for Star Trek, but luckily for us trekkies, Star Trek isn’t officially a legend yet since there is a sequel coming out next year.
As many of us know, geek girls take their geek loyalty very seriously. In addition to other creative ways to sport their geek style, they often adorn their bodies with characters from their favorite movies and video games. The ultimate way to do this is of course with cosplay, but we’ve also see it in geeky tattoos, video game earrings, and even retro nail polish designs. I came across a tutorial video today for how to polish Harry Potter designs onto our fingernails. I put that video below for you. Although I probably wouldn’t do this on my own nails, I was inspired by that artist’s creativity, so I went on a hunt to find the best Harry Potter nail art I could find for you. I hope you enjoy these as much as I did!
