We all know the Star Wars community is huge and that the following is quite an amazing group of people. Not only do some of them create their very own gear to live out the life of any Star Wars character, but they also know very well that whatever is released by the George Lucas camp is a sound investment. For example, if you would have bought the Millennium Falcon toy when it was first released, and kept it in the sealed box, you would get a quite nice little check if you were to sell it today. The Star Wars toys are literally worth gold today if compared to when they were first released.
So now that the Lucas company is preparing to release one of the greatest behind the scenes books of all time, fans are of course gearing up to stand in line for the first copies of it. And stand in line you will have to do because there will only be 5,000 copies of this 35 pound book of awesomeness, and they will be hand-numbered.
The first 125 copies will be signed by the three remaining academy award winners from the Star Wars movie, but those books will cost you $1,000 each. The remaining 4,875 books will only cost you $500, but you won’t be able to brag about having George Lucas’s signature in it. I guess that’s the price you will have to pay for being poor and not being able to serve your master to the fullest. What the hell, The Blueprints (which the book will be called) is probably worth it anyway since it will have some never before seen stuff in it that will surely make any Star Wars fan cry out in happiness.
