If you like to play games on your mobile phones, it might be worth checking out GPS Mission.  A mobile application created by Orbster GmbH, GPS Mission is a platform for user-generated GPS games such as scavenger hunts, travels through local history, guided tours as well as crime and mystery stories.
Users have created GPS games in more than 50 countries since the launch in May 2008.

Here players get the chance to play outdoors for a change.  Registration is free.  Players are given a mission and once they have successfully accomplished the mission, rewards are given to the players.

Recently GPS Mission has become the first GPS online game for the iPhone that can be played world-wide.
Obster GmbH enable development partners and brands to create and publish location-based entertainment products using one of the most advanced interactive LBS technologies in the market today.
