17 Odd Facts About Seinfeld That Might Surprise You

I am one of those odd people who would rather work instead of watching a series on the telly. I know I will get sucked right in and then hours upon hours will get wasted on something that I will never gain anything from, if you know what I mean. That happened when I started watching 24 (you know that humongously successful show on TV with Kiefer Sutherland). I just couldn’t put it down. I even bought the darn DVD boxes of it and watched them back to back. I couldn’t even put them down when I was exercising. So, to not get into that situation again, I have kind of left that whole thing in the living room for a while now.

However, there was one show that I sporadically watched, and that was Seinfeld. The quirky and every day life humor they represented took a lot of people by storm. How on earth could you make such a successful show about pretty much nothing? That was what everyone said, yet Seinfeld gained more and more viewers over time until the last episode on May 14th, 1998. Wow, that is a long time ago, right?

If you were one of their fans, you know that the show has reruns all the time, and we still laugh at the simple yet hilarious jokes. However, there are certainly some facts that I know you didn’t know about Seinfeld that might surprise you. Have a look at this infographic (created by TV Squad and Online Schools) about the 17 Things You Didn’t Know About Seinfeld, and I am sure you will be surprised about most of them. For example, did you know that Frank Sinatra died on the very same day that the last episode was broadcasted? I guess now… you should really keep reading. Interesting stuff ahead!
