Facebook Prank: Photoshop Celebrities In Your Party Photos [10 Pics]

Photoshop Celebrities In Party Photos

Are we obsessed with posting photos online or what? I love it. Since so many of our close friends are people we met in social media, it only makes sense to add that extra layer of personalization by sharing photos of people and things that are special to us. You probably know that about 250 million photos are uploaded to Facebook each day. If those photos were all printed, the stack of them would be as tall as 80 Eiffel Towers. Perhaps in time, Pinterest will surpass Facebook. I know I’m addicted to that site, and I love pinning photos of all kinds of different things.

However, sometimes posting pictures can become monotonous since we all do it so much. We often see creative people mix it up a little by adding their own personal funny touch to the whole process. Take reddit user everetthiller for example. What he has done is hilarious, and I think it’s so much fun. He basically photoshopped celebrities into his party photos. You can tell from looking at the selection below that he is very good at this, and it may even look easy on the surface, but it’s far from simple.

According to the thread on reddit, it takes him about 45 minutes to find just the right celeb photo. After that, it takes him about 3 or 4 hours to complete each one. He did these over the course of 3 years, and he says that now he’s a bit faster, which is thanks to a better camera. His most recent album has gotten almost 15 million views over the past few weeks, and he’s definitely got the attention of many people who love to look at creative pics online. Some people say this is an example of how to troll on Facebook, but I don’t think of it that way. With as much work as he’s put into these, I think it’s definitely an art form. It’s funny and will put a smile on your face. The celebrities, on the other hand, might have a different opinion. You can click over to Holiday Party 2011 to view the entire collection.
