Unbelievable Paper Art: Wildlife In Insane Detail

Wild Life Paper Art Sculptures

I don’t really know where to start with this one. It has so many factors of awesomeness that it’s hard to put the focus on just one. You know we’ve been a frequent deliverer of cool and creative paper art creations from around the world, and I would like to continue that tradition by presenting to you one of the absolutely best paper artists out there. If you ever thought that paper art was boring, I am sure you will definitely change you mind after having a look at the creations I am about to show you. This makes folding a paper airplane seems like a 2 year old’s pastime, and no matter what you think of these, I am sure you won’t find anything as elaborate as this.

It comes from the amazing paper artist Calvin Nicholls. There is nothing simple or ordinary about his paper art. Where we would simply use a piece of paper and a pair of scissors, Calvin uses everything you could possibly think of to carve, cut and rip perfect details onto his creations. The motifs are all (or at least the ones that I have had the pleasure of checking out) wildlife, and that must be one of the hardest categories of things to make with paper since there are sometimes impossible details on animals. These details are amazing, and I can’t even fathom the time it must have taken to create these masterpieces of art.

There are of course many more of his sculptures at his website, and I encourage everyone to go have a look. If you feel like you’re out of inspiration, this is definitely the place to go because the website is buzzing with creativity and energy. Next time you’re stuck with a boring and time consuming website design, or any other design mission you’re on, think of Calvin Nicholls and his seemingly untiring skills and energy to complete these amazing artworks!
