Obviously this isn’t the first lickable wallpaper ever made. Everyone knows that credit goes to Willy Wonka and his lickable fruit wallaper. But, this is definitely the first cookie flavored wallpaper, and the first lickable wallpaper ever installed in an elevator. Personally, I think it’s a brilliant idea. You know how boring those elevator rides can be. I’m sure watching everyone with their tongues slobbering all over the elevator walls would add some entertainment to the ride.
I need to know the nutritional value of this wallpaper though. I’d like the fat grams and calories please. What a great dessert after lunch. Instead of eating a whole cookie, you could just have a little lick.
Are you thinking what I’m thinking? What if on the ride up you lick the same cookie that someone else licked on the way down? No worries, apparently once these cookies are licked once, the bell boy removes them. Gross. I wouldn’t want his job. This Willy Wonka style wallpaper was designed by Jaffa Cakes, and this particular elevator is adorned with 1,325 Jaffa Cakes. It only took four weeks to develop this wallpaper. This elevator goes up 16 floors. I wonder how many of those I could lick on one ride up. Gimme a glass of milk, and I’d be all over that!
