The Sleek & Stunning Swimming Pool Coffee Table Design

swimming-pool-coffee-table-design

This coffee table design is so creative and imaginative, and I can’t stop staring at it. It would be perfect for someone who likes to swim. This “pool table” isn’t the kind of pool table you might be used to seeing though. It’s an actual pool table – or swimming pool coffee table. You can see in these pictures that it has a shiny acrylic top, and it definitely looks sleek and modern with the beveled edges and simplistic design.

If it wasn’t for the little diving board on the edge of this coffee table design, I might not even realize it was a swimming pool. Supposedly the way it catches the light resembles the depth of a real swimming pool. That particular aspect isn’t captured well in these pictures, and I’d like to see that in person. This was designed by Freshwest Design which is a design studio in West Wales comprised of Marcus Beck and Simon Macro. They recently unveiled this design at the London Design Festival.

It’s amazing how something as simple as a coffee table design can change the entire mood and feel of a room. If you look at the rooms with this Starship Enterprise coffee table, this Millennium Falcon coffee table and then this Wooly Willy coffee table, you’ll see that each room has a completely different look. If you’ve been wondering how to express your own personality in your living room and really make it reflect who you are, looking into a unique custom coffee table design might be the way to go. Although this swimming pool coffee table would not be for me personally, I appreciate the design very much. It just oozes creativity. I love it!
