10 Amazing Photo Realistic Skin Illustrations

10 Amazing Photo Realistic Tatoos

The art of tattoos is becoming ever more intricate and lifelike, and it’s only a matter of time before we will see some badass technology incorporated into our tattoos. At least that is what I think. There are so many weird things out there that have to do with art on and under the skin that this seems entirely plausible. We have already seen titan orbs being put underneath the skin in order to create beveled skin art. Then we have the scarring art. It’s basically a tattoo that is inscribed into the skin by “carving” and then letting it heal. Many times this is done over and over again to create the result the wearer is after. Weird? Hell yeah!

I am of the opinion that anything created out of the inspiration within is in a way to be considered art. Some will most likely disagree with me, but in order to develop your skills in the area where you express your creativity, you need to consider it art. At least that is how it is for me. When it comes to tattoos, it is definitely art. Even a single dot on the right place on the skin can enhance the way you express yourself.

Have a look at these 10 amazing tattoos that are all as close to photo realistic as a tattoo can come with today’s technology. I am sure that in the coming decade, we will see huge innovations in how tattoos are created. We see steps being taken all the time, and tattoos are getting ever more impressive. Soon we will be able to have a photo realistic copy of just about anything anywhere on our skin. Sure, it might take some time to get it there, but once its there, it will be your halo of inspiration for the rest of your life. Well, of course, that depends on what motif you choose. The following tattoos just blow my mind. The detail is mind boggling really. These tattoos are all done by talented tattoo artist Den Yakovlev and are a marvel that everyone should breathe in.
